Every Wednesday at 6pm
Strong is a high-intensity cardio class where you'll use your own bodyweight. This class will include everything from traditional squats and lunges to burpees, shuffles, kicks, punches, push-ups and all sorts of core-sculpting moves as you work out to hip-hop inspired beats.
