ENTRY FEE

$85 per player plus cart.  Lunch & Awards Ceremony included. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

The Registration deadline is also the cancellation deadline.  No refunds will be issued for any cancellations or withdrawals after the registration deadline, 3/26/23, without MGA Chairman approval.

TEE TIMES:

This will be a shotgun start tournament. 

FORMAT:

Two-Man MATCH PLAY. Each flight will have four teams. Each team will play three six-hole net matches against the other three teams in its flight.  Flight winners will be based on total points earned with holes and matches won (see table below).  Tie breaker within the flight will be decided by the point winner of their head-to-head match then last hole winner in reverse play order.  Flight winners will compete against each other in a shoot-out for event overall winner.  Points will be awarded per hole, per match, per flight and shootout as shown below:

A choice of tee distances is available:

            Blue/White Tees approximately 6200-6400 yards

            White Tees approximately 5800-5900 yards

FLIGHTS:

Flights based on total team handicaps.                                                 

HANDICAP ADJUSTMENTS:

90% of each player’s Course Handicap.

PACE OF PLAY: As a courtesy to the field, please keep pace with the group in front of you.

WEATHER POLICY: Once all teams in the field have completed 9 holes it’s an official event with results computed by flight to the least number of holes completed by the last team out (at least 9) In each flight. 

GOLF GENIUS:

This event will utilize Golf Genius and the paper scorecard will be the official scorecard for each competitor.

SCORES POSTED TO GHIN:

Results of this event will be posted to GHIN through Golf Genius.  If you are out of the hole, you are required to record your most likely score for that hole.

WINNERS PAYOUT:                           

Approximately 25% of the field will earn a purse payout in pro shop credit.                                  

Purse by flight with a purse bonus to the event overall 1st & 2nd.                       

Flight purse amount based on the flight size.

MGA Player of the Year points based on Team Flight POY Table.                                  

Ties for MGA flight purse, POY points, and overall 1st & 2nd will be SPLIT.                                 

MGA By-Laws, Rules (Hard Card) and Policies are in effect in all MGA events.
