Class begins at 11:30 AM, lasts about 70 minutes

$40.00 per person for 4 week series

This is a beginner level, 50-minute long class consisting of 4 sessions, one weekly. During each session, you will learn hands-on self-defense practice and a fitness HIIT style workout for all levels improving your health and confidence by arming you with ready-to-apply skills and techniques that are proven to ensure safety and maximize well-being!

Personal items to bring to each class: towel, yoga mat, boxing gloves (not mandatory)
