Every Tuesday | 6pm (based on room availability)
This 50-55 minute fitness class starts with warm-ups with calorie-busting work in between; it includes stretches similar to Pilates and yoga. It strengthens the muscles that make up the torso, spine, and pelvis, which are the base of support for all movements and actions. Improve posture, increase flexibility, and improve balance and stability.
This is a great class for golfers and tennis players to improve their swing!
Suitable for all ages; bring a friend and your mat!
